Tom Bruner is the composer of the Nevada Symphony, an original orchestral work that captures the landscapes, history, and soul of the state he loves. A musician with decades of experience, Tom brought both technical mastery and deep personal feeling to a symphony that is unmistakably Nevada.
His dream was to see his symphony at the core of a film — and when he brought that vision to Heather Caputo, the Nevada Symphony Film Writer's Project was born.

As director, producer, editor, and one of the writers, Heather has guided the project from the ground up — finding the voices, crafting the narrative, and creating a publication that honors both the symphony and the Nevada stories it inspires.
